Together We Can is a family-owned, women-run business started in 2008 by sisters Leah and Anne Kantin. The mission of Together We Can is to provide the highest quality of care to the clients they serve. Together We Can encourages each client to reach their ideal goals and potential.
Together We Can was founded to provide personalized support to each of our clients. They offer a family-type atmosphere to the clients we serve and our dedicated employees. Together We Can offers an exemplary framework that will allow each client to integrate successfully as part of their community.

Leah Kantin
Leah Kantin has over 25 years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Her goal at Together We Can is to help each individual achieve their best life.
Anne Kantin
Anne Kantin is a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience caring for adults with intellectual disabilities. She has Master’s Degree in Nursing Leadership, and is also a Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse. Her goal is to help the individuals she serves be active in their health care decisions and supports them to live their healthiest lives
